Mastermedia and Spiżarnia are joining forces. As of today, we operate together as Maspo Group

On November 25, 2025, we officially began a new chapter in our history. Mastermedia and Spiżarnia have joined forces, and as of today we operate as Maspo and Maspo Food, jointly forming the Maspo Group.

We are combining two teams, two stories and two enormous potentials. Together, we want to respond even better to the growing needs of suppliers, customers and consumers in Europe and around the world. Integration gives us real power – greater scale of operations, a wider product range, more efficient logistics and the ability to deliver thousands of products in a single delivery.

Our companies have been based in Lublin for years and specialize in exporting foodstuffs to Poles living abroad. Together we have several thousand products, from meat and dairy products to sweets and chemical and cosmetic items. We reach not only Western Europe, but also Scandinavia, the USA, Canada and Australia.

As Maspo Group, we have modern warehouse centers in Lublin, Swidnik and Poznan, and logistics centers in the UK, Ireland, the Netherlands and Germany. We serve about 2,000 contractors and are developing two franchise networks – Food Plus and &market – bringing together hundreds of stores in Europe.

The merger of our organizations is a great opportunity for us to continue our dynamic development. We are ready to act more efficiently, faster and on an even larger scale.

Despite its global ambitions, the company is not forgetting its roots – the Maspo Group remains a strategic sponsor of the Motor Lublin soccer team and Bogdanka LUK Lublin volleyball players.
