We collect and process your personal data in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (OJ EU L 119, p. 1), commonly referred to as: GDPR.

Your personal data are provided on a voluntary basis
Providing your personal data is voluntary but necessary for us to provide you with our services.
Automated decision-making (including profiling)
In principle, we do not make any decisions regarding you by automated means, including profiling. The exception to this is when you use the contact form. In connection with cooperating with a provider of marketing services that automate the analysis of customer traffic on the website, the delivery of marketing content, the personalisation of the offers presented or the handling of e-mail marketing (by sending newsletters), your data may be subject to automated processing of personal data in order to present you with personalised offers and content. You may object to such profiling at any time.
Will we transfer your personal data outside the EEA or to an international organisation?
Your personal data will not be transferred to any international organisation. However, they may be transmitted to our partners that provide us with marketing services, such as Google Ads, SALESmanago, Google Analytics or Pixel Facebook, in connection with the provision of marketing services by these entities.
What rights do you have in relation to our processing of your personal data?
Under the provisions of GDPR, you have the following rights:
- the right to request access to your personal data
- the right to request rectification of your personal data
- the right to request erasure of your personal data
- the right to request restriction of the processing of your personal data
- the right to object to the processing of your personal data

If you make any of the above-mentioned requests to us, we will inform you without undue delay ‒ and in any case within one month of receipt of the request ‒ of the actions taken in relation to your request. We may extend that period by two further months where necessary, taking into account the complexity and number of the requests. In any case, we will inform you within one month of receipt of the request about the extension and give you the reasons for the delay.

- the right of access to your personal data,
- the right to acquire information about the purposes of processing, the categories of personal data processed, the recipients or categories of recipients of such data, the intended period of storage of your data or the criteria for determining that period, your rights under the GDPR and your right to lodge a complaint with the DPA, the source of such data, automated decision-making, including profiling, and the safeguards applied in relation to the transfer of such data outside the European Union,
- the right to receive a copy of your personal data.

Right to rectification of personal data (Article 16 of GDPR)
If your personal data are inaccurate, you have the right to request us to rectify your personal data without undue delay. You also have the right to request us to complete your personal data. Right to erasure of personal data (‘right to be forgotten’) (Article 17 of GDPR),
You have the right to request erasure of your personal data if:

You have the right to request restriction of the processing of your personal data if:
- you contest the accuracy of your personal data, in which case we will restrict the processing of your personal data for a period enabling us to verify the accuracy of the data;
- the processing of your data is unlawful, and instead of erasure of your personal data, you request the restriction of the processing of your personal data;
- your personal data are no longer needed for the purposes of the processing but they are required for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims;
- you have objected to the processing of your personal data pending the verification whether our legitimate grounds override those specified in your objection.

- The Website uses cookies only after you have given your consent to do so.

d) Facebook Pixel – the so-called “Facebook conversion pixel” allows the effectiveness of advertising content to be assessed, and marketing campaigns to be managed on Facebook and Instagram, based on analysing the actions taken by users on our Website. Social Plugins are provided on our Website as links that connect the user’s visit to our Website to a particular Social Media Platform of a Third-Party Provider.
